Shipping & Processing
Processing times are listed on each product. The processing time listed on each item is based on business days. If you place an order on Saturday, processing will begin on Monday. For 24hr processing time items, orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST for it to ship the same day. Orders recieved after, 12:00pm will ship the following business day. Orders will ship complete. If you order a product with a 24hr processing time and the order also has products that are 10-15 day processing, the order will ship in 10-15 days. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at time of checkout using your order dimensions and weight, along with your delivery location. We ship orders using UPS, USPS and common freight carriers. Larger orders will ship by common freight on a tractor-trailer with a lift gate. The lift gate will allow the driver to off-load the products from the trailer to the ground. Orders will generally be delivered to your driveway. The freight company will contact you with a delivery day. Please be sure that access to your property can accommodate a common freight (tractor-trailer) delivery.
For Order Pickups
Please allow 24hrs for us to get your products to our Locust, NC location. As soon as we have products on site we will contact you. Many times the order will be ready the same day, but with certain products we have to transfer the product from another facility.
Returns Policy
You may return most unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the delivery concerning returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will pay for return freight, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund, less the 25% restocking fee, within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
